Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500 across India.
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹500. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days
  • Other Locations: 3–5 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, mobile number, and PIN code are entered correctly while placing your order.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Evaa Organics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by inaccurate shipping details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Currently, Evaa Organics ships only within India. We are working on expanding our services to international customers in the future.
